Property-aware service

A consistent process for every resident request.

REDYVO reviews the TV, mount, wall conditions, and any property guidelines your community provides before service, so your team knows what residents can expect while each installation fits its specific space.

Wall Construction

Drywall, concrete, block, steel studs, tile, and other wall conditions change the installation method and available options.

Property Guidelines

REDYVO reviews approved mounting locations, drilling restrictions, fireplace rules, and other community-specific limitations provided in advance.

Cord Concealment

When in-wall routing is restricted, residents review alternative cord-management options that fit the job and property rules.

Building Access

Provide gate instructions, parking, loading areas, elevator reservations, and other access details before the appointment.

Manage multiple communities?

Use one consistent resident resource while each property keeps its own mounting and access requirements.

Move-in to move-out support

One program, three common resident needs.

MOVE-IN

TV Mounting

Professional wall mounting with estimate options based on TV size, mount, wall type, cord management, and installation conditions.

MOVE-OUT

TV De-Mounting

Residents can request professional TV removal before move-out, with wall-mount and soundbar removal reviewed as needed.

NEXT HOME

De-Mount + Re-Mount

Residents moving within the Phoenix metro can request removal at the current residence and mounting again at the new location.

Easy to share. Easy to review.

Resident Materials

Use the REDYVO QR card in a move-in packet, welcome email, resident portal, or at the leasing office.

Internal Approval

Forward the one-page overview to a regional manager or ownership team instead of explaining the program from memory.

Frequently asked questions

What property teams usually want to know.

Still have a question? Let's talk →
Does the property have to schedule or pay for appointments?

No. There is no cost to the property. Residents choose their service, book directly with REDYVO, and pay REDYVO for the work they request.

Can you work within our community's installation guidelines?

Yes. When you provide community requirements in advance and they fit within the service scope, REDYVO reviews them before scheduling. This includes approved mounting locations, drilling, wall types, cord concealment, parking, gate access, elevators, and other building-access requirements.

Can you provide proof of insurance?

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request. Send us your organization's insurance-documentation requirements and we will review them before the program is represented as approved by your community.

Can REDYVO support more than one community?

Yes. For managers overseeing multiple Phoenix-area communities, REDYVO supports one consistent resident-resource approach while still accounting for community-specific installation and access requirements.

How can we share this with residents?

Use the approach that fits your community's policies, such as a resident-resource list, move-in packet, welcome email, resident portal, or approved QR cards at the leasing office.
