Eligible REDYVO screen and battery replacements include a limited 90-day workmanship warranty beginning on the date original service is completed.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies only to eligible iPhone screen and battery replacement services. It does not provide warranty coverage for TV mounting. Customers with a TV installation concern should contact REDYVO promptly so the service record and installation can be reviewed under the Terms of Service, any written service commitment, and applicable law.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects directly related to the replacement part or the workmanship performed during the original service.
Examples may include:
- A replacement screen that stops displaying properly
- Touch functionality problems caused by the replacement screen
- A replacement battery that is determined to be defective
- A part that becomes loose because of the original installation
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Cracks, impact damage, drops, or physical damage after services
- Liquid exposure or water damage
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by work performed after REDYVO service
- Issues unrelated to the selected screen or battery replacement
- Preexisting damage or unrelated device problems
- Frame damage, bent devices, or damaged internal components
- Normal battery aging or reduced capacity caused by use
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
Warranty Inspection
A device submitted for warranty service must be inspected before coverage can be approved. The inspection may include reviewing the device condition, original service records, part condition, and evidence of new damage.
Available Warranty Remedy
When a valid warranty claim is approved, REDYVO may repair or replace the covered part at no additional charge.
If repair or replacement is not reasonably available, REDYVO may provide another remedy at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Original Customer and Device
Warranty coverage applies only to the original customer and the device serviced during the original appointment. The warranty is not transferable to another device.
Proof of Service
Customers may be required to provide the name, phone number, email address, invoice, receipt, or other information associated with the original service.
Replacement Parts
A warranty replacement part may be new, aftermarket, refurbished, reclaimed, or otherwise suitable for the original service.
Appointment Timing and Parts Availability
Warranty service depends on technician scheduling and part availability. REDYVO does not guarantee same-day warranty service.
Data and Backups
Customers should back up important photos, files, and other data before warranty service. REDYVO does not guarantee against data loss during inspection or warranty service.

Additional Rights
