Terms for using REDYVO services.
Last updated: August 5, 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you use the REDYVO website, request an appointment, or receive mobile repair services.
Appointment Requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Service is confirmed only after REDYVO reviews your request, verifies part availability, and confirms the appointment.
Customer Responsibilities
Before service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate device and contact information
- Backing up important photos, files, and other data
- Disclosing known damage or previous repairs
- Removing passwords or disabling security features when needed
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the service location
Device Data
Screen and battery repairs normally do not erase device data. However, REDYVO cannot guarantee that data will not be lost, corrupted, or affected during diagnosis or repair. Customers should back up their devices before service.
Pricing and Additional Damage
Website prices are estimates based on the selected device and repair. Additional damage discovered during inspection may affect the final price. No additional paid work will be performed without customer approval.
Parts Availability
Appointments and repair options depend on part availability. REDYVO may reschedule, cancel, or modify a repair request when the required part is unavailable or unsuitable.
Payment
Payment is due when service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Available payment methods may change.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling. REDYVO may cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician availability, unsafe conditions, weather, parts issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Repair Limitations
Some devices may have damage that prevents a successful repair. REDYVO does not guarantee that every device can be restored to full operation.
Warranty
Eligible repairs may include a limited 90-day workmanship warranty. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and available remedies are described in the REDYVO Warranty Policy.
Preexisting Damage
REDYVO is not responsible for damage or defects that existed before service, including frame damage, liquid damage, damaged internal components, software problems, or prior improper repairs.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts may be new, aftermarket, refurbished, reclaimed, or otherwise suitable for the requested repair unless a specific part type is stated in writing.
Technicians and Service Providers
Services may be completed by qualified technicians or independent service providers working with REDYVO.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REDYVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from device failure, data loss, lost business, or inability to use a device.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Changes to These Terms
REDYVO may update these Terms as its services and business practices change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
